Time to play in the woods!
Nestled in the heart of the forest, Werburger Waldbad Spenge has long been a beloved public swimming pool for families and nature lovers alike. Known for its unique setting surrounded by tall trees and fresh air, the pool offers a refreshing escape from urban life. Recently, it was time for a change — a chance to give the youngest guests a brand-new, magical experience in tune with nature.
From Beach to Forest: A Toddler Pool Transformation
Originally designed with a beach theme, the toddler pool was ready for a renovation — not just structurally, but thematically. The decision was made to reimagine the space in harmony with its natural surroundings, transforming the area into a forest-themed water wonderland. The new design brings the magic of the woods to life, creating an immersive and playful environment for toddlers to splash, explore, and discover.
Splashing in the forest
This new created toddler pool fits the scene perfectly. But the iconic lighthouse that once stood as the centerpiece of the toddler pool has made way for a new eyecatcher — the Flying Mushroom Hut. With its cheerful colors, fun slide, and fairy-tale charm, the mushroom hut invites children to engage in imaginative play, all while cooling down on a nice summer day. This forest themed toddler pool is ready for the upcoming summers for the children to enjoy!
